The tech industry is often portrayed as a space exclusively for coders, but in reality, building innovative, scalable products requires a broad array of skills and perspectives. From marketing and management to user experience design and research, countless roles are vital to the success of the tech ecosystem. Unfortunately, these non-coding careers are often overlooked.
At Path4Her, we are committed to shattering this stereotype. Our mission is to nurture and inspire young women to recognise the vast potential within the tech world, encouraging them to explore and embrace the full spectrum of tech careers. Through mentorship, workshops, and hands-on learning opportunities, we empower women to not just participate in tech but to lead, innovate, and shape its future.
